Lauren Almy

Lauren, originally from East Greenbush, NY, played competitive tennis as a junior and captained her high school team. Beginning in 2013, she attended Hudson Valley Community College, where she earned an associate’s degree in physical education in 2016. Lauren was an assistant coach for the Union College women’s tennis team before joining SPORTIME Schenectady in 2023. She was promoted to Assistant General Manager in 2025.
