Mohamed ElGammel

VBC Strength & Conditioning Coach

Mohamed hails from Egypt, where he was a member of their National European Handball team, competing in the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona. Upon arriving in the U.S., he pursued his passion for fitness becoming a certified personal trainer. Mohamed served as the former Fitness Director at SPORTIME Lynbrook before starting his own personal training business. Coach Mo joined SPORTIME VBC in 2024 as our Strength & Conditioning Coach, and has since worked with many VBC athletes in one on one and small group training sessions.
