VBC Private Fitness Training

SPORTIME VBC understands the value of personalized attention and offers expert private fitness training for boys and girls who seek one-on-one coaching. Here are the key features of the private training program: 

One-on-One Attention:  Private training provides players with individualized attention from experienced strength and conditioning coaches. The focus is solely on each individual player, allowing for a personalized program to help them reach their athletic goals. 

Creating a Foundation for Volleyball:  Our Strength and Conditioning Director creates a fitness program to help each player create a strong foundation that will allow him or her to excel on the volleyball court. Our coaches work closely with the players to enhance speed, agility, strength and explosive movement, all critical to excel on the court. Players that train hard and consistently can make significant progress and see noticeable improvements in their overall performance.

Valuable Feedback:  During private training sessions, players receive valuable feedback to help them understand their strengths and areas for improvement, enabling them to make necessary adjustments on their own, in order to increase their overall fitness on and off the court.
