This program combines intensive fitness training with tennis-focused dynamic activities to provide a challenging and enjoyable workout experience.

The program begins with one hour of fitness training led by certified fitness coaches. The fitness sessions are designed to improve participants' cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and agility. You can expect a variety of exercises such as cardio drills, circuit training, plyometrics, agility ladder work, and strength training exercises tailored specifically for tennis players. These workouts are aimed at developing the physical attributes necessary for optimal performance on the tennis court.
Following the fitness training, there is one hour of tennis-focused dynamic training activities. These activities are designed to replicate the physical demands and pressures experienced during competitive tennis matches. Participants will engage in drills and exercises that challenge their footwork, speed, agility, and shot execution while under pressure. The focus is on honing your tennis skills and developing the ability to perform at a high level even in intense situations.
Throughout the program, the emphasis is not only on physical conditioning but also on mental toughness. Coaches will provide guidance and techniques to help you develop mental resilience, focus, and concentration. You will learn strategies to manage stress, overcome obstacles, and maintain a positive mindset on and off the court.
