Adult Tennis - Group Lessons
Adult Tennis Kinetics™ (ATK) Group Lessons are offered year-round. Our adult lesson program services thousands of SPORTIME members across our club network. In ATK Group Lessons, SPORTIME matches compatible members into groups with carefully selected coaches. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced player, ATK Group Lessons offer a supportive and structured learning environment that will enhance your tennis skills and overall fitness.

Pickleball Court Reservations
All SPORTIME members are welcome to reserve hourly court-time up to 5 or 10 days in advance, depending on membership type, at any SPORTIME pickleball location. Certain restrictions may apply.

Road to Nationals
This team-focused program is for members who compete on USTA teams and want to get to Nationals! Teams train together, led by SPORTIME coaches, and enjoy customized drills, match-play scenarios, and tactical coaching designed to optimize team play and to help your team earn the wins they need on the Road to Nationals.

Seasonal Tennis Court Time
Seasonal tennis court-time rental allows avid players to enjoy regularly scheduled weekly play across the entire indoor season. Individuals or groups are able to plan and schedule their tennis in advance, by ensuring that they have the same court-time/s each week, without the hassle of competing for availability on a day-to-day basis.

Private Pickleball Lessons
Private lessons offer one-on-one instruction with a SPORTIME Pickleball coach. This most personalized approach allows the instructor to focus specifically on your needs, skill level, and areas for improvement. Private lessons are ideal for individuals who prefer individualized attention and who want to progress at their own pace or who want to acquire basic skills as quickly as possible before attempting group play.

Pickleball Membership
Allows adult pickleball players, and their minor children if a family membership, to enjoy premium pickleball access and benefits at all SPORTIME Pickleball clubs. Available to individuals and couples (ages 18 and older), and families.

Adult Private Tennis Lessons
Private coaching and instruction offers our members the chance to learn and improve in a completely individualized setting. Private or semi-private lessons are offered, and SPORTIME coaches are trained to customize a coaching strategy and learning arc based on each member's unique needs.

Private Tennis Lessons
Members may learn and improve in a completely individualized setting with private or semi-private lessons.

Bounce Preschool for Ages 3-5
SPORTIME Bounce is a comprehensive preschool tennis program that promotes the healthy mental, physical, and emotional development of our youngest players through the game of tennis, and that cultivates their love of the sport. Bounce is offered at most SPORTIME locations and membership is not required.
Ages: 3 - 5
EXCEL Red Ball One
The first stage of the SPORTIME EXCEL Pathway is designed for young players just starting to play the game. Using the appropriate-sized Red Court (36’) and ball (low compression red) U10 Red One players learn to serve, rally and score on the Red Court over the lower net.
Ages: 5 - 7
EXCEL Red Ball Two
EXCEL Red Two players continue on the Red Court, refining strokes, working on more advanced tracking skills and learning to send the ball to specific areas in order to start building a tactical understanding of court geography.
Ages: 6 - 8
EXCEL Orange Ball One
EXCEL Orange One players transition to the larger Orange Court (60’) and the full-sized net, using both red balls and orange balls that move faster and bounce higher, making tracking and movement more challenging.
Ages: 7 - 9
EXCEL Orange Ball Two
EXCEL Orange Two players start to master patterns and begin to understand their own strengths and weaknesses. Each shot is now hit with the intention of challenging the opponent.
Ages: 7 - 10
EXCEL Green Ball
EXCEL Green players transition from the Orange Court, and/or have the necessary strength, stature and skill to handle the full-sized 78’ court, playing mostly with the USTA and ITF regulation green ball, and are challenged to adapt to the larger court space and to the faster and higher bouncing ball.
Ages: 9 - 13
EXCEL Yellow Ball
At this stage of tennis development, technical, tactical, emotional and physical skills are all essential to player development. EXCEL Yellow Ball sessions continue to be predominantly “live ball,” but advanced drills are also used when necessary and appropriate.

EXCEL Red & Orange Ball FASNY Program

The summer EXCEL Tennis training at SPORTIME offers a well-rounded and comprehensive program that covers various essential aspects of tennis excellence. By combining strategy development, drills, match play, fitness training, and program enhancement services, the participants can expect to receive a holistic training experience that aims to improve their overall game and performance.

EXCEL Red & Orange Summer Camp
SPORTIME EXCEL Tennis Camp is a well-rounded program that caters to the needs of young tennis enthusiasts, supporting them in their journey to become better players while fostering a love for the sport. It's an initiative that can have a lasting impact on the participants and potentially pave the way for future success in tennis for those who choose to pursue it further.

School Break Tennis Camps
SPORTIME School break Tennis campers spend fun-filled days training in age and level appropriate groups. U10 campers benefit from SPORTIME’s innovative developmental pathway, while older campers participate in intense drills and games for recreational and high performance play. Not only do campers of all ages and levels play matches and tournaments, they also participate in other multi-sport games and athletic training to keep each day exciting and new. Camps are held when school isn't in session throughout the year. The best place for kids is a SPORTIME School Break Camp.

Children’s Birthday Parties
Give your child the best birthday party ever! SPORTIME's birthday parties offer children, ages 4 and older, and of all athletic interests and abilities, the opportunity to play tennis, pickleball, and/or a variety of their favorite sports, followed by a great celebration with family and friends.
