Sarah Sharpe

General Manager, SPORTIME Schenectady

Sarah, originally from Westfield, NJ, played competitive tennis as a junior. Beginning in 1998, she attended Skidmore College, and was a member of the women’s tennis team, which qualified for DIII Nationals in three consecutive years. She earned a bachelor’s degree in studio art and psychology from SC in 2002. After graduating, Sarah worked as a scenic painter, traveling nationally to paint murals at restaurants, theaters and theme parks. She later attended graduate school at The Sage Colleges, where she earned a master’s degree in teaching in 2010. Sarah joined the SPORTIME team in 2011 as a tennis coach, and was promoted to Membership Director two years later. In 2018, she was elevated to her current position as General Manager.
