Michael Morseman

Michael, originally from Brentwood, NY, played competitive baseball and lacrosse as a junior. Beginning in 2011, he attended Farmingdale State College, where he played on the men’s lacrosse team. He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with more than 10 years of training experience, and also holds certifications in conditioning, recovery coaching, corrective exercise, and athletic training. Michael joined the SPORTIME/JMTA team in 2025.
