Vincent Cascone

Vincent, originally from Remsenburg, NY, earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Binghamton University. He has over a decade of personal training experience, working with Division I athletes, marathoners, and individuals of all ages and athletic abilities. Vincent joined the SPORTIME team in 2024.
