James Christy

James, originally from Long Island, NY, studied liberal arts at Suffolk Community College. He has been a personal trainer for over 20 years, working with athletes of all ages and athletic abilities in combat sports, football, lacrosse, tennis, baseball and more. James also managed a vitamin and supplement store. He joined the SPORTIME team in 2005.
