SPORTIME's Cardio Tennis program is designed to offer players an energetic and calorie-burning workout while incorporating various pickleball strokes and drills. The program aims to elevate the heart rate and provide a cardio-intensive workout. By engaging in fast-paced drills and pickleball-specific movements, participants can improve their cardiovascular endurance while enjoying the sport.

The combination of tennis strokes, drills, and dynamic footwork helps participants achieve an effective calorie-burning session. The program incorporates specific pickleball strokes and drills tailored to the cardiovascular aspect of the workout. Participants can expect to engage in a variety of exercises that mimic the movements and actions commonly seen in pickleball matches, such as volleys, dinks, groundstrokes, and quick court transitions.

Our program aims to create an energetic and motivating atmosphere.
