The UP/DOWN Pickleball program is a high energy, timed games run by an instructor. Hope you aren't tied to your partner because ever round has rotating players. Courts are leel based and the goal is to get to the top court or the court perfect for your level. Either way, it's nothing but fun! Instructor will provide feedback and tips to tweak your style.
