Dear SPORTIME Roslyn Members:

We are pleased to welcome Mariona Perez to our staff, as our new U10 Tennis and Summer Camp Director.

Originally from Tarragona, Spain, Mariona made a name for herself as a top-ranked junior tennis player in her home country. Her playing talent led her to the United States, where she had an impressive college tennis career, in both singles and doubles, playing for the University of Pittsburgh before transferring to Division I powerhouse, Saint Louis University. Determined to balance her athletic and academic pursuits, Mariona pursued her Master's Degree at the University of Toledo during her fifth year of eligibility. Her presence and skill contributed to the team's rise to a national ranking of #58 in Division 1, culminating in the program's first-ever conference title win.

Since joining the SPORTIME/JMTA team at our Syosset facility in 2023, Mariona has been a standout, both on and off the court, demonstrating a tremendous work ethic and excellent leadership skills. She played a key role as a U10 coach at Syosset during the indoor season and served as the Tennis Director for Driftwood Summer Day Camp this past summer.

We are thrilled to welcome Mariona to the Roslyn team in her new role as U10 and Summer Camp Director. We know that U10 and camp programs will be taken to the next level with Mariona at the helm!
